Emotion Code Sessions
for Adults and Children
The focus of this session can be anything you want. Click here to see a sample list of intentions that you can use for your Emotion Code Session.
For child sessions, the energy work is done through the parent or guardian. This is called energy work via proxy. The parent or guardian will use their energy to facilitate the emotional release for the child. The child must be younger than 18.

Relationship Support
The healing of relationships regardless if they are romantic, familial, or platonic starts with healing of the self. In this session, we will release personal triggers, energy cords, shared emotions, and contracts no longer serving you. I will also teach you how to avoid empathically absorbing other people's energies and call healthy energies into the relationship. This session can support you with issues pertaining to family, friends, and co-workers. It is helpful regardless if you are deciding to stay in a relationship or boldly exit one.

Emotional Support for Traumatic Birth Experiences
This session is for women who have had labor and delivery experiences that have left them with emotional scarring. My experience working as a post-partum Maternal Health Nurse has inspired me to create this session type. What's included: Emotion Code, Reiki (optional), Ho'oponopono, Trauma Bond release ritual.

Fresh Start for Baby
Every child is born into a family with inherited emotions and trauma energies. Give your little one a leg up by clearing those energies so they never get a chance to interfere with your child's well-being. As well, the infant's prenatal trapped emotions (emotions absorbed from the mother during fetal development) and pre-conception trapped emotions (emotions the soul carries prior to conception) can also be released in this session.

Emotional Clearing for Job Success
Let's release energies keeping you out of alignment with your dream job. This is a two-session package with the options for additional Emotion Code Sessions. The first session will explore what is energetically in your way and the second session will focus mostly on clearing and bringing in positive energies. This package includes Past Life/Akashic Record work (optional), Emotion Code, and Soul Contract work. This package can be adapted to a variety of job situations including: finding a new job, supporting your work at your current job, and preparing for interviews.

Understanding Your Past Lives
It's time to quit paying psychics to tell you about your past lives and explore them independently for yourself. Sometimes there are emotional blocks that limit access to this information which can be resolved with some energy work such as Emotion Code and Grounding. Once you attain this skill, you can use it anytime. It's just like learning to ride a bike. I'm here to coach you in safe ways to access your past life information and heal old old wounds. During this session, we'll work on your confidence level and I will hold space for you as you exercise your intuitive skills.
