
What is Emotion Code?
Emotion Code is an emotional management technique that helps you overcome the negative emotions of your past. In an Emotion Code session, we work together to detect and release emotions stored in your subconscious mind. Emotion Code is not a substitute for mental health care but is a great addition to traditional psychotherapy, CBT, and DBT. Emotion Code works on the energetics of a problem without the client needing to dig up memories from the past. Therefore, Emotion Code is a great modality to use while participating in traditional therapy. There are a total of 60 trapped low-frequency emotions. When they are released from the body, space is freed up for you to experience higher quality emotions, and move forward in your life in a positive way.
